The cottage "La Petite Graine" offers you a bright and spacious 70 m² space, perfect for a comfortable stay. This large open space harmoniously combines the kitchen area and the lounge area . The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease, while the living room with TV invites you to relax after a day of discoveries.

The cottage also has a modern shower room , with practical and comfortable facilities, to make you feel at home.

The two bedrooms are ideal for a relaxing stay, each offering a cosy and quiet space for a good night's sleep.

Outside you can enjoy the private terrace , a perfect place to enjoy your meals outdoors, read a book or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility of the place.

The MOANA gîte, certified for accessibility for people with disabilities, features a fully equipped kitchen with a worktop and a lift to accommodate those cooking. The spacious 10 m² bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a raised toilet, and two sinks, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility. The ground-floor bedroom is also accessible, with a comfortable 160x200 cm bed. The living room is spacious and uncluttered, allowing easy access to the kitchen and bedroom. A separate toilet is also available, although it is not fully accessible. The wooden terrace was designed to improve accessibility.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and a cozy space perfect for games or reading. In addition, the parking area includes two spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. The entire property is shared between the two cottages, and all paths are accessible, with raised garden beds where you can enjoy freshly harvested vegetables.

For week-long stays, we offer tailored options for people with disabilities.Our association will contact you upon your arrival to prepare your stay and make your holiday easier.

Between our two guesthouses, our association offers respite care, including wellness activities as well as activities for people with and without disabilities. A Quadrix mobility scooter and bicycles will be available (provided you are a member of the association).

We understand that personalized arrangements may be necessary depending on your situation. We can put you in touch with professionals to arrange for a hospital bed, for example.

Together with volunteers, we have renovated these cottages with passion, creating a space where everyone can recharge and discover our seaside activities.
